All Sales of Digital Patterns Are Final
Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been completed. Because digital PDF files are unlocked immediately after purchase and cannot be returned or revoked, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges after a purchase is made.
Before You Complete Your Purchase
To ensure a joyful making experience, we kindly ask that you carefully review the product listing before checking out:

Duplicate Orders & Technical Assistance
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same PDF pattern twice under the same email address, please contact us with both order numbers and we will gladly issue a store credit or refund for the duplicate item.
